Whatever your pipe system type,
PULSATION PREVENTION
Pumps discharge liquid without having to instantly accelerate all the liquid in the pipe.

Production platform methanol injection at up to 15,000 psi / 1000 Bar is a shock wave interception application.
At pressure, diaphragm head pumps, have low volumetric efficiency. This results in a discharge spike, instead of a progressive acceleration.
The shock wave travels at over 3,000 mph (1400 M/s), and must go through the damper to be intercepted.

Sheer sensitive polymer, is transferred 500 meters under perfect control.
MASS FLOW CONTROL by VS Drive, works perfectly when all spikes and fluctuations are removed.

Corrosion inhibitor injection, with variable speed drive, has wide range of frequencies
All frequencies are intercepted by thru-flow PIPEGUARD
